Centre Recherche CHUM

The Centre Recherche CHUM (otherwise known as the CR-CHUM) is an integrated clinical research centre focused on innovation, non-invasive human exploration and knowledge transfer applied to health care services, populations and teaching. The CR-CHUM occupies a surface area of about 450,000 ft2 and will have 109 laboratories, housing about 12 people per laboratory on average. The project was the first healthcare availability project in the Province of Quebec. The construction of the project was performed by Pomerleau and Verreault.  The operations of the project, over a 30 year period, are being performed by Honeywell.  Total project costs for the DBFOM procurement was $459 million.
