The Durham Courthouse is a 450,000 ft2 courthouse costing $330 million and was procured a design, construction, finance, maintenance and operation (DBFOM). The Courthouse was completed in 2010 and provides a fully functional consolidated courthouse facility for delivery of essential Court and Ancillary Services in the Durham Region. The Project was delivered through a PPP structure with Infrastructure Ontario and the Province of Ontario.  The Project was structured and financed by ABN AMRO and TD Bank led the private debt that was rated A mid by S&P.
