

Over the past 30 years, Paul has been actively involved in the finance and infrastructure sectors working on infrastructure projects in the energy (renewables), water, transportation (air and ground), social (schools, courthouses, healthcare) and timber sectors. Paul has built various several of the most well recognized modern day infrastructure projects in the USA and Canada. With his teams of investment managers Paul oversaw the development, financing, building and asset management of infrastructure projects across North America with an aggregate market value in excess of $10 billion (in 2024 dollars). Paul has held several senior positions with groups such HSBC Bank (Vice President), Meridiam Infrastructure (Executive Director), Babcock & Brown (Managing Director), ABN AMRO Bank (Co-Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas). Paul was also financial advisor to Colas, a large French company focused on road and airport paving, for the acquisition of a $913 million roadbuilder in Ontario Canada. Paul also held the position of Executive Director at Billy Bishop Airport Terminal, located on Toronto Island, where he was responsible for overseeing the terminal expansion project, airline relations and development. Paul holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and MBA from University of Western Ontario.

Saravleen is an Infrastructure Advisory professional with over nine years of experience in the areas of P3 Advisory, Project Financing and Infrastructure Investments in the Asian market. He has worked with Government entities, Lenders, Infrastructure developers and Infrastructure funds in Energy, Transportation and Social Sectors with aggregate deal value of $4 billion.

Prior to coming to North America, Saravleen worked with Infrastructure Deal Advisory group at KPMG India. The group advised Infrastructure Funds and Infrastructure developers in making investments in greenfield and operatIng Infrastructure Projects. Prior to KPMG, Saravleen worked with SBI Capital Markets, the largest Project Finance Advisory firm of India and fully-owned-subsidiary of SBI, the largest Infrastructure Sector lender of India. He assisted private sector players in raising funds for their newly one projects, refinancing debt for operational projects or restructuring debt for their stress projects. He helped in loan appraisal and syndication of the debt along with assisting lenders to appraise projects in sectors where they are new entrance. Prior to SBI markets, Saravleen worked with feedback for structure, one of the largest infrastructure focused advisory firms in India. At feedback, he advised government entities and development of their projects on P3 format and in preparation of business cases, project structuring, preparation of bid documents, assisting the governments through the bid process the selection of the preferred proponent. Along with the public sector advisory, he also advised private sector and submitting unsolicited bids for the P3 projects.
Saravleen holds a degree in civil engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from the IIT Bombay.
